North Sea Screen Partners met in Dundee

The first all partners meeting was held in Dundee in August 2009 and hosted by the Lead Partner Dundee City Council. The group discussed common aims and tasks in the next three years. nordmedia is the only German organisation among the cooperation partners from Scotland (Dundee), Denmark (Odense, Faaborg, Roskilde, Aarhus), Sweden (Uddevalla), the Netherlands (Rotterdam), England (Norfolk) and Norway (Bergen). Nordmedia supports the idea of a better representation and networking for the film industry in the North Sea region. nordmedia likes to draw a focus on common movie themes and movie locations and to increase the attractiveness of the region for production from outside the EU.
