Focus Germany - nordmedia in Gothenburg
January 27th and 28th: two days about documentary film and international co-operations
The North Sea Screen Partner Region Västra Götaland/ Cultural Affairs Secretariat invites filmmakers to Gothenburg for two days focusing on the German documentary film market.
These two days are for producers and directors who want to learn more about the German film industry and the European documentary film politics.
On thursday evening the event starts with German films, food and music in co-operation with Doc Lounge NEST, House of Win-Win and MirahFilm.
On friday there is a whole-day seminar focusing on financing and co-producing documentaries in Germany and Sweden.
Jochen Coldewey, Head of funding and development at nordmedia, will speak about the film funding system in Germany.
