nordmedia hosted a talk on Thursday, November 24th 2011 in Bremen on "Science and Creative Industries in the North Sea Region" after the conference "How does it work? – Creative Industries meet Science" by Creative City Challenge.
The nordmedia talk was about points of contact between science and Creative Industries in the North Sea Region. Jochen Coldewey, Head of development and funding at nordmedia lead through the evening.

Andy Mackenzie, Dundee College, NSSP-Partner from Scotland, presented his projects: Creative Industries and Mapping Creativity. His students worked out indicators about a city´s creativity.
NSSP-Partner Peter Richardson, University of Dundee, School of Media Arts and Imaging presented his project ROBOT (innovation shorts) and the VERL.
Julie Lindegaard, Head of business development at FilmFyn (Faaborg, Denmark, NSSP-Partner) introduced her work on filmtourism and her Filmtourism App.
Ole Leifels, Kubikfoto (Bremen, Germany) presented facilities of 3-D-photography.
The get-togehter offered time to network.
